Signature of a memorandum of understanding between the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation

En marge des travaux de la 24ème édition du congrès international des Institutions supérieures de contrôle (INCOSAI), tenu à Rio di Janeiro du 7 au 11 novembre 2022, Madame le Premier Président Zineb El Adaoui a signé, le mercredi 9 novembre, un mémorandum d’entente avec Monsieur Alexeï Koudrine, Président de la cour des comptes de la fédération Russie.

Ce protocole d’accord qui constitue une plate-forme de travail entre les deux parties dans les domaines d’intérêt commun, vise également à échanger les expériences accumulées par chaque institution dans les domaines liés à l’audit, au contrôle supérieur des finances publiques ainsi que l’amélioration de la qualité des services rendus aux citoyens.

Signature of a memorandum of understanding between the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco and Court of Accounts of the Union of Brazil

Madame Zineb EL Adaoui, Premier Président de la Cour des comptes, a signé le mardi 9 novembre 2022, un Mémorandum d’Entente avec Monsieur Bruno Dantas Nascimento, président du Tribunal des comptes de l’Union (TCU) du Brésil en parallèle avec les travaux de la 24ème réunion des Institutions supérieures de contrôle (INCOSAI) relative à la période du 7 au 11 novembre 2022. La signature de ce mémorandum s’est déroulée en présence du Procureur général du Roi près la Cour des comptes, Brahim Ben Bih et de l’ambassadeur du Maroc au Brésil, Nabil Adghoghi.

Ce mémorandum est considéré telle une référence de coopération et de partenariat permettant d’échanger des connaissances et de l'expertise technique entre ces deux institutions, afin d'améliorer la performance du contrôle et l’utilisation des ressources publiques, et ainsi améliorer la qualité des services de l'administration publique.
