The First President of the Court of Accounts meets with the Comptroller and Auditor General of the United States on the sidelines of the 24th International Conference of Supreme Audit Institutions

On Thursday, November 10, 2022, the First President of the Court of Accounts, Zineb EL ADAOUI, met with Eugene Louis Dodaro, Comptroller and Auditor General of the United States, on the sidelines of the 24th International Conference of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI), held from November 7 to 11 in Brazil.

During this meeting, the two parties discussed several topics of common interest, particularly cooperation with African countries that have long-standing relations with Morocco and the United States.

The two parties also agreed to establish a framework for cooperation and exchange of experiences in several areas, including the monitoring of major strategic reforms, the evaluation of programs with multiple stakeholders and funding (State, local authorities, institutions and public enterprises, public-private partnerships … etc.) as well as the effective implementation of recommendations to better serve citizens.
